John Moffett	5408a55fc8	Consolidate Win32-specific error formatting ... GetErrorReason()'s Win32 implementation does the same thing as Win32ErrorString(int err) from syserror.cpp, so call the latter. TheCharlatan	00e9b97f37	refactor: Move fs.* to util/fs.* ... The fs.* files are already part of the libbitcoin_util library. With the introduction of the fs_helpers.* it makes sense to move fs.* into the util/ directory as well.	2023-03-23 12:55:18 +01:00
