Bumped versions for 1.43.2

Please ensure:
- [ ] Target branch is correct (`vX.XX` if a patch release, `main` if
minor)
- [ ] Crate versions are bumped correctly
- [ ] Releases.md is updated correctly (think relevancy and remove
reverts)
